One- and one-half cups sugar
Two eggs
One cup sour cream
One cup buttermilk
Two teaspoons soda
One teaspoon vanilla
One-half teaspoon salt
Six cups flour

Mix in order given. Chill. Roll a small piece of dough to about 8 inches long. Shape in figure 8 and bake on buttered cookie sheet at 375 degrees until slightly brown.
